NTWAB is taking new membership applications for consideration during its Derby week meeting at Churchill Downs on May 4, when NTWAB membership will vote on applicants.

The board screens applications several days before presentation to membership. Applicants are encouraged to submit their materials in by April 28.

Read about the different types of membership NTWAB offers in Article III of our Bylaws. The application process is described here. All materials should be submitted as a Word file (or similar) if possible.

Applications for new members must include a letter indicating their desire to join as well as their qualifications for membership [name, affiliation(s), years with affiliation(s), years covering racing and breeding] and two references from current Regular Members.
